  First time here and it's amazing!!! EVERYTHING was delicious. We split a Mrs. Knott's chicken dinner. It was the perfect size, even a little too much, for 2 people. We weren't able to finish it all. For ONLY $26, it came with their dinner biscuit rolls, (Caesar) salad, (chicken noodle) soup, 4 piece fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, roasted corn, and a slice of pie. The boysenberry pie is a MUST, obviously! The fried chicken was chicken to perfection and juicy. But I was in love the with the biscuit with butter and boysenberry jam!

  The hype was…..so so. My fiancé wants to give them 5 stars. The chicken was really good! It just wasn’t something that I haven’t had before. It was fried chicken and tasted like I thought it would. The biscuits and jam were fantastic. The rhubarb was delicious. The kids loved the Mac and cheese. The cabbage was well seasoned. The chicken and fries and corn were just alright. Nothing was horrible by any stretch. We will be back when we are back at Knott’s!

  When ever I feel like eating fried chicken this is the place as I’ve been coming here for years. Mrs. Knott’s restaurant is located next to Knott’s Berry Farm. Overall best tasting chicken with huge portions. One fried chicken plate is more than enough to feed two people. Your meal comes with a salad with your choice of dressing a “small” bowl of chicken noodle soup and a bowl of corn. The meal course has three huge pieces of chicken. Which includes a breast, thigh and wing or drum stick. After all that they offer you a slice of pie. Your choice of boysenberry or apple.
  The service is always friendly and helpful. On that day or server Samantha was great! There is always a long wait but it’s worth it. We waited about an hour and they text you when your table is ready. I highly recommend you give them a try when you’re in the neighborhood. Also they validate parking.

  Brought the Hubby and MIL for lunch (they're first time back in over TWENTY years!) I tried to make reservations ahead of time, with no luck. I didn't tell them that, because my backup plan was to go to the Chicken-To-Go and picnic outside. We got there, and guess what?! We were seated immediately, and even got to sit outside. It was a beautiful day out. Our server; Josh, was top notch! He was so kind and always had a genuine smile on his face. Service ALWAYS matters. Naturally; since Hubby and MIL haven't been there in so long, we opted for the famouse fried chicken. Let me tell you... It NEVER disappoints! So perfectly crunchy crispy skin. *drool* The chicken was perfectly cooked. No dry piece at all. I can't wait to go back!

  I have been interested in trying this place for years and I finally got my chance. It was even better than I imagined! Quite a variety of chicken recipes on the menu. I went for the traditional fried chicken dinner. With it you get a cup of delicious chicken noodle soup AND a house salad with iceberg, mixed greens, red cabbage, grape tomatoes, a couple of slices of cucumber, croutons, and the dressing of your choice. You also get fresh baked buttermilk biscuits with butter. A nice beginning.
  The main course comes with a half a chicken that was probably the best chicken I have ever had. So tender, juicy, and flavorful that even though the menu says fried, I am thinking it was broasted. It is served with fresh mashed potatoes and your choice of another vegetable. I choose the cabbage seasoned with ham and it was stellar. A 10 out of 10 meal before I even made it to the included piece of pie.
