Back again for the 2nd time! Dog chewed on my glasses to the point of being unable to see, and unfortunately i can't navigate with sound alone. That said, i went in and was attended quickly, referred different styles for my facial structure, only paying $110 for the new set, including poly carbonate lenses, they even threw in a set of prescription sunglasses for $60 more. Not just that, but they finished my glasses that SAME day. Just waited a couple of hours. Wally world has to send out their orders, these guys literally just said, since it's an emergency, we'll have them done in a couple hours since you came in early.
It was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Right when I came in, i was immediately helped and they took the time to show me various frames and even shared his honest input on how the frames went with my face and what seemed to go with it; always checking if I also felt the same way. Wally world wanted $283 for a pair not including transition lenses so I just drove off and came directly here. It has great reviews online and excellent reviews from people stepping out of the store that day and from previous customers. I saved $183 just by coming in. Plus I got transitions and that special blue light filter protection on top of that. Could not be happier with a business. Go here for all your bifocal needs!
