I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews? I had an appointment for an MRI and also needed a CT scan of my low back.
The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Probably because I was polite to them. They were able to squeeze my CT scan (didn't have an appointment) in right after the thirty minute MRI.
The two gentlemen that did the separate procedures were very professional and cordial.
Even with the ten minute wait before going to the procedures, I was in and out in an hour. I did also have to wait about fifteen minutes for the CD, with the results.
Thank you all for making my experience a pleasant one.
