iDo Pilates & Aerial barre(Flying yoga)

  My wife brought me to here at beginning with doubt. Now, strongly recommend IDO plates for both women and man.
  Come for Doi, the best instructor, thoughtful, professional, friendly, responsible, patient, has super good personality, loves life, alwasys smiles... She likes talking and sharing all interesting things with you. She likes making friends. I wish I could use all the good words for her. She customized approach to cater customers' needs, and will ask feedback after each set of exercise. She corrects my posture in detail, which is reaaaaally important for me to get improvement. Pilates is focused on body control, which is not easy, actually super difficult. If instructor just teachs you everything by mouth without correcting you with hand, it's impossible for beginner to get the correct pilate posture. Without the correct posture, you might hurt yourselt even doing a simple exercise. Doi will absolutely not let that happen. She will point out all your wrong movement and guide you to correct it. My only concern is that all trainees are female except me every time when I go there. Feel so embarrassed. Wish more mans come to learn.

  I started out with Doi but had to switch to Ligia’s group classes due to schedule conflicts but both of them will change your life. I can see/feel my hips/shoulder becoming “normal” (I used to struggle with really bad spine and hips.) thank you!

  Started out as a customer and now I'm a good friend of Doi, the owner and the Principle Instructor. Lots of malicious, spiteful and flat out untruthful posts from trolls. Mostly likely competition or disgruntled former employee. This post by J. Choi in Korean language- identical post left for Pilates Culture. Don't listen to these liars- this place is real legit and the best Pilates in Fullerton/Buena Park Area.

  I’ve been working out at this studio for the past two years, and the health benefits are immeasurable. I could clearly see my physical changes and psychological benefits as I work out consistently with various instructors including Doi (of course the most experienced and professional yet rigorous), Ligia (one of the new yet great instructor of the team), Audrey (the one who inspires me to workout more), and Jiyeon (the ballet and aeriel barre instructor who spent her entire college years and more to master ballet moves). I love the variety of classes, personal attention, and motivating atmosphere of the I-do Pilates studio.

iDo Plates & Aerial Fit studio is thoroughly cleaned by professional team every week, and sanitized three time a day. Hand sanitizer bottles are placed throughout the studio, and disinfectant wipes are available to wipe down door and common surfaces you may come into contact with.
