Parking sucks but quick easy guarantee of a couple hours DETENTION

Nice people here, loaded me starting 3 hours early and were done 30 minutes before my appointment time. Total load time was about 2 ½ hours, because it was a Walmart load meaning a whole Novels' worth of paperwork. Check in and out by door 19, by the way

We were delayed due to a flat tire on the way to our appointment. We arrived about a half hour late, and they still honored our delivery schedule. The docking area is huge and has easy docks to get into as long as there are no trucks next to you. Otherwise, having to open trailer doors makes docking a bit tight. There is one bathroom located inside the shipping/receiving office. Total time in the door was one hour.

I thought people were exaggerating on how narrow these spots are, but I just had to wait for the person in the dock next to me to leave because I have a reefer trailer and with doors that are a few inches thicker from insulation I couldn’t fit into the spot without potentially smacking the guys mirror. That’s how narrow the spot is. Otherwise there is plenty of room to back in, the people are nice, and the loading is fast!

Quick loading.Easy to find.Clean and big facility.Docks are little tighter.Be careful when you backing up.Office people are nice 😊 thank you guys for good work .
