Profile has been an absolute game changer! The structure of the meal plans, coaches and education that is delivered has been amazing. I’ve always known what I “needed” to do, but the accountability from the coaches was what I needed. Their food is also so good, so much better than any other shakes/bars I’ve had! They also have other options like oatmeal, ready to eat fresh meals, soups & chips to have variety in the plan so that it’s not just shakes and bars. HIGHLY suggest Profile!!
