(November 19, 2018, 6:06 pm)I am from TX and was in town for business for just a few days, but I scratched the crystal really bad on my Datejust. I stopped in to just see if they could polish it up. However, they suggested I replace it with a sapphire crystal so this doesn’t happen again. They had the part in stock and replaced it while I waited. They even gave my dull wedding ring a complimentary polish. Ask for Brandon, he will treat you like a lifetime customer.

The staff is very friendly and informative. I recommend this place for anyone that wants quality jewelry. Their diamond quality is unmatched.
