American Eagle Car Rental

Honestly I think this is a great rental car company. Sam is a great guy, he will always answer the phone. Any time I need a car to rent its American Eagle Car Rentals. I rented a 15 passenger van to go to Big Bear while I was on the 91 freeway one of the tires popped. It was a big inconvenience for us it delayed 2 1/2 hours of our trip. Although the way Sam handled the situation was awesome, he really did take care of us, for the inconvenience. I will definitely be renting again.

Great service! I have been going here for several years. I go here for 15 and 12 passengerVan's. Although not new, they are in great shape and the price is right.

Best small car rental place around had a great time dealing with Sam and I plan to do more business with him soon I had a van rented at a different rental car place and the day I was picking it up they didn’t have the van that put me in a jam I called around But Sam was the one who had one available and didn’t try to over charge me for it the van wasn’t the cleanest but was that dirty with that said it was great I would refer anyone and plan to do my company rentals with them too most of the bad reviews on here seem to be people trying to take advantage of a smaller company and that’s sad

WOW! Such amazing customer service from Sam! Follow-up calls and emails to confirm our requested specifications. Amazingly helpful and accommodating. Why rent from anywhere else? - We needed a 15 passenger van for the whole summer and could not have had a better experience. We even "lost" the keys for a few days and Sam sent us replacements FedEx immediately. Already reserved for next summer!!
