  First time getting my haircut there. James was both professional and personable. He gave me a great cut and conversation. His place was both clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back and reccomend to others.

  This place is great and Jack is the man. Superb stylist, incredible price, fun conversation and great atmosphere. Went in having no idea what I wanted and came out with not only the best cut I've ever had, but an actual style moving forward. Jim is also legit. These guys can give you a hell of a style/cut at an excellent price point.

  Fawn Hair Studio is my go to spot. I've been getting haircuts from James for years now and he's the only barber that I swear by. After years of switching barbershops and being a walk in customer to many barbershops I finally found a barber who knows what hairstyles will look good on me. James doesn't just ask you what number you want on the sides. He understands hairstyles and how they will look on you based on your style and head shape. He can even tell you when you got your last haircut just by looking at your hair!
  James is the most precise barber I have ever met. He doesn't miss, his fades are perfect and his scissor work is simply impressive. His passion is really reflected in his cuts.
  Jack is the other barber/hair stylist at Fawn Hair Studio. He also does women's cuts. Although I haven't personally gotten a haircut from Jack, I can tell that his work reflects the same passion and high standard as James' work.
  Fawn Hair Studio's hair stylists are all of high caliber and only offer the best cuts. If you want to get a haircut here you'll most likely need to set up an appointment because they are generally booked. However they have a Walk In Wednesday if you're looking to give them a try!

  I found this place while searching for a new barber, and man am I glad I came here! James listened to what I wanted, took time to execute not only the perfect haircut but beard cut as well.
  
  Great cut, fair price and most important, a solid barber. Ask for James and you won’t be disappointed!

  This is a new spot in Costa Mesa that is owned by a barber I have used and loved for years, and recommended to all friends and family. James is a stud when it comes to men's cuts. He's a legit barber, meticulous in his craft, and expects nothing but perfection from himself when he cuts my hair.
  
  There's no revolving door $5/5-minute cuts here, so if that's what you need, this won't be the shop for you. That being said, I've had $60+ cuts before at "high end" barbers that didn't even come close to what James does. His pricing is very competitive for what you get.
  
  I highly suggest giving this studio a try. Call and make an appt, (walk-ins aren't really a thing here from what I've seen). Plan on 45 minutes in the chair, but you get the full service, cut, hot towel, straight razor, etc. You will feel the difference immediately, and be sorry you didn't come in sooner!
