  Quinton was my tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was unable to fix the kitchen sink clog since there is a huge amount of buildup in the pipes so he recommended a power wash for the drain. He did not charge me for the drain unclog service since it was not fixed. They will be sending out a power was tech to fix the issue. Great customer service.

  Our service tech was Quinton. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Quinton was also so so kind to our three dogs, which meant a lot when you're inviting someone into your home they don't recognize. I will definitely request Quinton for all our needs and appreciate everything he did for us today. Thanks Quinton!

  Had the "fun" experience of finding water backing up to our tubs and shower. Luckily we caught it in time before any damage outside of some less than great smells. Quinton came out on time, gave us options of how we could proceed and even dug up the clean out that a previous owner had buried. He was able to fix the problem and get us back to normal while identifying the problem. He had a great attitude, courteous and was extremely professional, asking before parking his van in our driveway.

  Juan is the best technician I have EVER worked with. He was friendly, funny & fantastic at his job! He easily solved our problems and worked quickly as well. I believe he deserves a raise honestly !!! So thankful for all of his help on such short notice. Juan is the best ever! I recommend this service to everyone.

  I like this place way better than Starbucks. They have a whole lot more seats/tables. But I do have to say that one day I was there I was drooling over the desserts and got disappointed that I saw gnats flying around and landing on a chocolate chip cookie

  Hi, Alma is a great employee, she goes above and beyond most employees I have seen at any Panera in the US, that I have visited.
  Alma is very helpful and explains the items very carefully.
  She is definitely a 5 STAR employee.
