Budget Blinds of Costa Mesa

I needed blinds to replace my current ones in my upstairs bedrooms. I requested a meeting and Ed called me the very next day to schedule a time to come to my home! I have to confess that I had called Costco too inquiring about their blinds and didn't get a call until two weeks later to schedule an appointment. Ed came to the house, we discussed what I needed and decided on the top down bottom up blinds. They were ordered and a little over a week later they were installed!!! One blind was not correct and Ed immediately took care of that...ordered a new one! I can't say enough about the service and the follow-up...great customer service. I will need blinds for my downstairs soon and I will definitely call Ed to order

We just renovated our home and dealt with a lot of contractors. So, I did a ton of research on blind companies and had quite a few out for estimates. My last call was to BB costa mesa and what a breath of fresh air from the first conversation with Lisa setting up the appt. Her consultative approach was first class. She listened, looked at our style and recommended a GREAT shade and valance. We had a little hiccup with install but Ed and Lisa made sure we were happy and went above and beyond my expectations. Budget Blinds has a great selection of woven blinds. Ed was professional, prompt, and responsive. He worked with my schedule, and did a beautiful job installing the blinds.
