  It took two of them but they put their heads together and they solved my phone issue quickly! I was extremely happy with the results so much so that I jumped up in the air and clapped my hands. And decided to write a review which I’ve only done 4 times in my 43yrs.

  Went in for a replacement screen saver today, and the manager Brandon could not have been more accommodating. They no longer carried our original style, but he found a solution with zero hesitation. Azelea, one of the floor sales people was very polite and friendly. Azelea is also the most talented person I have ever seen put on a screen saver...make sure if you need one she is the person to put it on. The entire team was upbeat, friendly and welcoming. This store is a little out of my way but will be the AT&T store I will go too for any needs. I spent $8 and felt I was treated as though I spent 1 million.

  Manager Brandon was most helpful in guiding me in purchasing an iPhone 11. He inquired as to what my needs were involving the phone. Provided suggestions based on my needs. Set the phone up for me and guided me in the accessories I needed to suit my requirements in having this phone. Thank you Brandon you were a true help. Nicole Monteilh Brown

  We went on Saturday to look at options for switching carriers and updating phones. Brandon was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. Went back on Monday and made the switch and upgraded 4 lines. He patiently completed all the online forms, answered our technical questions and set us up with screen protectors and cases that he put on for us before we left. I have nothing but positive things to say about Brandon and his level of customer service. Over and beyond. We are so happy with our new phones, the plan we chose and will tell everyone we know to go see Brandon!

  Great Service! Went in today to transfer a phone to my mom ! I knew going in I was not going to make any purchases or create a new sale to whomever would assist. Was not buying new service or new equipment. So I was prepared for whatever service. But man did Marc ( The associate) deliver! He was courteous , patient , and with a great personality! He even spoke to my mom in Spanish to accommodate her when He noticed I was translating on her behalf. Marc really made us feel welcomed and the fact that he took the time to help us with so much sense of urgency and attention really impressed me. This store is 25 miles away from where I live. I literally live a mile away from another ATT store but would come here anytime because of Marc’s service and customer service skills! Thank You Marc! You were awesome!
