Their smoke sturgeon tacos were unbelievably delicious. Out of this world.
Other dishes looked amazing. Will return.

Quality and taste of the food we had was truly amazing. A very memorable experience. The tortilla pieces and guacamole were the best ever. Carnitas burrito was delicious. Burger was so flavorful. I want to go back and try more items.

My great love! They've been doing a lot of experimental stuff during COVID, including the Cortez the Killer burger and others that aren't on the regular menu. When they resume normal dining, I always preferred the lunch menu to the dinner prix fixe.

The food was all very good. The taco was so crisp yet hardly oily; the sturgeon was a fun taste that went super well with the peanut salsa. The beans were cooked to perfection. The chips were the perfect blend of crunch, saltiness, and freshness. The burritos are a good size and I recommend getting a couple and splitting them.

Taco Maria is always outstanding. I noticed that something as simple as a bean taco becomes extraordinary shell it comes from their kitchen. It's the quality of each ingredient that makes the difference. I'm never disappointed with the food here. Also, now that it's all takeout, I'm impressed with the cats that goes into each order.
