I recently just bought my first home with Orange County Real Estate, Inc. and had a wonderful experience! During my lifetime I have bought and sold many properties. I have had some really good real estate people to represent me, but in the recent sale of my home and purchase of a new home Eric’s performance exceeded them all!
The buyers of my home in Orange County were difficult to deal with and this would have been an extremely stressful process. However, Eric was there all the way with extensive knowledge, a cool head, reassuring words, and the wiliness and ability to use diplomacy on both sides that resulted in a sale that worked for everyone.
Eric was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. Even though I opted to have very few Open Houses, Eric attended most of the individual showings to be sure that my property was well represented to potential buyers.

He guided us through the whole process of negotiating a good price, getting all the necessary inspections done, and recommending lenders so that we were able to secure a new mortgage and working with us thru Escrow to be sure all legal processes were performed correctly. Everything went seamless. While Eric’s main area is Orange County, he is knowledgeable about all of Southern California. Eric is professional, engaging, knows his business, and is highly innovative in meeting his client’s needs. I highly recommend Eric!

Eric represented us in the purchase of our new home. This home was never on the market and the sellers had a total of five offers. The offer we submitted was not the most money but it was exactly what the sellers wanted and needed. Eric listened to what they said and then he delivered.
