(July 8, 2021, 6:06 pm)Best complex in CM. Anyone saying otherwise likely damaged their apartment and lost their deposit. The staff and maintenance are phenomenal. Sure they were built a while ago but they are kept in better condition than most new apartments. Their landscaping is better than any complex I have seen in CM and they are always improving.
(April 5, 2016, 3:05 pm)I love it here. I have lived here for two years and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Everyone is kind and accommodating - the office, maintenance - everyone. I moved here because my son delivered papers here when it first opened.....he is now 52!! Even tho it is older, it is very well kept and charming with the ponds and waterfalls. They do a good job. I also came here as the rent was something I could afford with my SS, but if it goes up much this year I will have to leave and that will make me very sad. I highly recommend Pine Creek..
