  We saw this cute restaurant in South Coast Plaza and decided to give it a try. Between me and my friend we ordered 3 plates and share them + dessert. We tried the Burnt Brussels Sprouts, Purple Taquitos, Grilled Mushroom Taco and Chaffle (churro waffle) dessert.
  
  Everything was so so good and full of flavor! It’s hard to believe there was no dairy in any of these items (it’s an all vegan restaurant). It’s hard to choose a favorite but if I had to, it would be the burn Brussels sprouts. I highly recommend getting multiple things and splitting it between the table.
  
  The restaurant itself had the most beautiful aesthetics too with wood accents, wicker basket lights, and plenty of plants. Can’t wait to go back and try the bbq burger and the rest of the menu.

  Only went for the drinks, and by gosh were they good. It's not your traditional cocktail, as the ABV is less than standard, but what they do make is great tasting. Will definitely come back for more if I'm in the area

  This place is entirely vegan! Service and food were both great. I would come back for the purple taquitos alone. They are SO GOOD. ?

  There is simply nothing out there that compares to Seabirds Kitchen! All their food is seasonal and locally sourced, keeping their menu exciting and varied! Although it is labeled as vegan/plant based, I doubt any meat lover would find anything missing from their meal! Every dish that I have had here has been absolutely delicious and I always leave happy and satisfied! Great outdoor patio, delicious cocktails, and stellar service as well!! Would highly recommend this spot for Brunch, lunch and dinner!
