    The Enclave was our first home as a family. It is a truly great place to live with fantastic amenities. The best part is Anita and the maintenance team. They do such a fantastic job and are so responsive. We loved our two years at the Enclave.

    I needed to move from my place of nine years, located in Long Beach, to the Costa Mesa area to be closer to work. I had the luxury of time and did not need to move out right away, so I took my time to do research. I mainly wanted a place that had a washer and dryer in-unit and a dishwasher, air conditioning, and a gym. I narrowed it down to about six places and was able to tour most of them.

    I wanted to check out the Enclave Apartments, but my workload had increased, and I could not get there by the time the office closed. However, the office let me know that one of their employees, Eric Villalobos, would be willing to stay a few minutes past closing time to give me a general tour. When I showed up, he, along with the other staff, appeared much more professional than any of the other places I had visited. Eric took his time and did not rush as he showed me the property. He gave me a look at different floor plans and answered my questions. He was HONEST; that is what drew me to the place. Many of the other places I went to told me "yes" to every question I asked. However, Eric did not tell me clearly what I wanted to hear. Instead, he answered each question in a straight forward manner, which quickly had me trust his opinions. I was impressed by the property, it was very well kept, and the apartment itself was beautiful. I went to the Enclave Apartments a few more times for an additional tour and questions. Each time, Eric made himself available. It was nice having one person help from start to finish. I then made the decision to move in.

    That is when I received the assistance of Nicole Blumeyer. Like Eric, Nicole was also very professional and helped me out immensely. She was the staff member who walked through my newly rented apartment at Enclave and helped with all the official duties--including signing the lease. She immediately made me feel comfortable and made the process enjoyable. Not only was Nicole helpful then, but she has been a godsend ever since. I have now been at the Enclave Apartments for over a year. Nicole has answered any calls or emails I have sent her and gotten back to me in a rapid manner. The professionalism and impeccable customer service did not stop after I signed the lease but has continued throughout my time living there. I called Nicole one day from my office, and a co-worker overheard some of our conversation. She was shocked to find out that it was a staff member at my apartment complex since Nicole took her time on the call and was so pleasant. My co-worker commented that the staff at the place she lives is nothing like that. It feels good to have someone on your 'team' there to support in any way. I have not felt without, and Nicole has taken customer service to another level. She was a primary reason I renewed my lease agreement.

    I cannot conclude my review without mentioning Marco, who is another staff member at the complex. When I needed a maintenance repair, Marco immediately came over to my place and diagnosed the problem. He then called someone who had the replacement part, and they could fix it that week. He even helped with a few other small maintenance items that I could fix on my own, but he was happy to do it since he was already there. One great thing about this complex is if you have any maintenance issues, they will immediately come and fix it with no hassle.

    I love that the Enclave Apartments are CLEAN, SMOKE-FREE, well kept, and quiet. I have not had to worry about noise since I had moved in last year. I enjoy the gym, as well as having my own garage. I do not have anything negative to say about the place and encourage you to take a property tour.

    Lastly, I want to thank Eric V., Nicole B., and Marco for making my living experience better than expected. I just renewed my lease for another year! I would include a picture in my review, but they have more than enough on their website, so I encourage you to come and take a tour as I did.

    My leasing process was amazing thanks to Ivan Bustos! I was completely disappointed with how the staff handled the reservation process at the enclave & was sure to look somewhere else. But Thanks to Ivan, we reconsidered the enclave.
    I had reserved an apartment while at work through the online portal, unfortunately my reservation was canceled about 2 hours later because I didn't submit a full application. This was suppose to be done after work for me.
    I contacted the office and the representative emphasized the reservation process and my failure to complete the full application. I was so disappointed, and gave up and decided to look elsewhere.
    The next day Ivan called to follow up with me, and quickly helped me find an alternative unit. Ivan gracefully answered all my questions & concerns. I droved to Costa Mesa late on Friday evening before the office close and Ivan was there to help me toured the unit. Ivan quickly secured the best unit for my family and even better than the unit that was canceled!
    Ivan is genuine and truly cares for his clients. We are so impress with Ivan! We like to Thank Ivan for his amazing & exceptional customer service! Our family is looking forward for our stay at the enclave. Ivan is truly a wonderful asset for the Irvine Company!
