"Lambert?" i believe is his name, came out within about 1.5 hours of speaking to him (no time arrangement was made so this was not inconvenient at all) he took a look at my refrigerator problem and was able to identify the issue. I appreciate his honesty as his conclusion was that the issue was severe enough to not warrant fixing as it would cost far more than purchasing a current new model. This kind of honesty is appreciated and i would certainly recommend this business, and you can bet i will be calling them for my appliance issues.
