Geek Squad has always been there for us. Appointments are made for the same day I call. The reps. are very knowledgeable & friendly.
I brought my iPhone 6s in for a battery replacement. Setting up the appointment was easy. I was helped almost immediately upon arrival. The tech explained the process and fairly quickly got my phone into the system. There was a problem getting the BestBuy analyzer to connect with my iPhone, but they bypassed the problem pretty quickly. My sole complaint is that Apple suggested I call the service center and make certain that they had the battery in stock. I played hell getting through, being consigned to voicemail hell several times, disconnected a few times, and ultimately helped when I called the sales floor and found a helpful woman.
