  Wonderful experience! Our consultant was very helpful, I came in with my 5 bridesmaids and my mother and we were able to find a dress that was flattering for everyone. Our consultant also helped us pick out the perfect color scheme to match the groomsmen outfits! Overall, great experience!

  Great experience! My stylist, Shannon, was lovely. She was super helpful, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the alterations team coming out to make sure my special requests can be accommodated, too. Overall, everyone there was smily and sincere. Even though there are a ton of brides going through there at any given time, the team made me feel like I was truly special. I said YES to my dress and I couldn’t be more excited for my wedding!

  ---Store is under construction and the customer experience is seriously lacking :( A more private area for each bride, champagne and a more intimate "boutique-y" feel would have been really nice....maybe that's coming with the remodel?

  Had an exceptional wonderful experience at David’s bridal at South Coast Metro. Jessica and Elizabeth were very helpful and I can’t thank them enough. Jessica went above and beyond to help me with my dress that did not fit and I still had the tags on it and it was in excellent shape. Got the exact same dress and I’m so very happy and all the stress is now gone as my wedding is in about 10 days.

  Carla in Costa Mesa was amazing. She took her time inside the appointment from the start. She evaluated my size exactly based on her eye. She hugged us and spent more than the allotted time with us until I found my dress. We even went back the same day to make a purchase. She did not pressure us to buy but wanted to be realistic with availability. She is so sweet we fell in love with her along with the dress. I would go back in now to hug her. Other staff was super supportive and encouraging.
