  My son and I stayed in Costa Mesa for two weeks in June of 2018. I called all of the hotels around the area where we would be doing our activities. Cozy Inn gave me a fantastic rate for a two week stay. The location is perfect. Minutes away from Newport beach and centrally located in an area with so much to do. Everything including Disneyland is no more than a 20 minute drive. The owners were fantastic and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat and fun things to do in our down time. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the essentials were covered. Best budget hotel in the city without a doubt. No washing machines on the premises so if you are staying for a while than you'll need to visit the laundry mat down the street. Pool was clean and outside maintenance was done daily. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and I will be staying at the Cozy Inn again soon!

  I got the room for the cheap price as compared to every place around. And I must say I was surprised at how clean and nice the rooms were. The pool leaves a lot to be desired for but you have the beach down the road so that makes up for it. This place should have higher ratings
