  First time shopping there. Sales person (Ken) was super helpful and friendly. He greeted me as soon as I came at the door. He made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Did not pressure me yet he had so much patience checking prices on items that I like with a friendly smile and happy to help. He was amazing!!
  
  Unlike other people that make you feel like you are annoying them or something.

  Had a great experience the first time when Shawn helped us then went back because wasn't receiving our furniture. Kramer helped us and was very helpful. Then went back 11/20 to find tables because we cancelled our first order because waited 5 months and still no delivery date. Bought tables and we will get them Tuesday 11/23. Everyone in the store is very friendly and helpful but the main customer service you call are not. They need to be replaced.

  Peter was so awesome, he was able to give me an idea of how the furniture will look in my living room. He also make sure that I would get the right pieces in my home. Thanks to him I got such a great experience with Ashley furniture. Thank you Peter!

  Had a great experience here working with Jay, he was able to get us our furniture for our new home! As well as Ted who help to resolve getting replacement couches when the ones we received had some damages. It was a very pleasurable experience, and I am excited to get the rest of our furniture in very soon!
