(December 3, 2019, 1:29 pm)Friendly, answered all our questions and we showed up about 15 minutes before closing and the girl that helped us was great. No attitude about the time, she didn't rush through the process, and she had a great sense of humor. Absolutley fantastic customer service.

(November 4, 2019, 1:28 pm)Had a wonderful experience at A-1 Self Storage in Cypress, CA. The facility was clean and smelled nice, and the staff was very friendly. I had the unit for about one year and never had any issues going in/out of the facility. Would definitely use them again in the future.
