Monarch Bay Plaza

Nice plaza. Clean and maintained. Hidden gem behind the building for sunset or a nice place to park and relax.

If you’re heading to the beach, Gelson’s (located in this plaza) is a great place to drop by and pick up snacks or drinks.
There are some yummy restaurants, a drug store and coffee shop. Other businesses are often changing and the boutiques are over-priced, but there is plenty of parking and the area feels safe and welcoming.

This center has continued to grow and expand throughout the years. There are great options to chose from.

I would suggest security get involved in enforcing no parking in red zone as they are firelanes for a reason and not for VIP parking to dropoff dry cleaning.

Excellent kids beach. Park.

Love this Starbucks, you can even see a little bit of the ocean from the lobby and from the tables and chairs out on the patio. Spectacular neighborhood and very clean as well.
