Kim Krones, RE/MAX Premier Realty

We were first time homebuyers in what is possibly the worst time in history (yes, housing crisis from last decade included). We started our search online in February of 2020. Then, despite having friends in the real estate business, we reached out to Kim Krones on a whim. Even prior to our first meeting, she took time to answer all of my questions BEFORE having met with us or visited any properties with us. Upon our first meeting, she greeted us with the friendliest of smiles. Since then, we have text message and e-mail records showing conversations between Kim and us on a near daily basis, as if good friends would. She would always balance the delicate line between catering to our needs and our wants. She would never shy away from playing devil’s advocate; however, she never lost sight of our family’s end goals. Kim meticulously explained many things to us in our journey that weren’t clear even to us---mind you that we have graduate degrees and are working professionals. She fought fierce in situations that were even new to her in her 30 year experience as a realtor. In the end, through the COVID19 pandemic, amidst social, political, economic, and health uncertainties, we got everything we ultimately wanted. It is assumed that every licensed realtor has some experience, some level of intelligence, skills, wisdom, but one thing that I can say Kim has that won us over….Kim cares. We hope to continue our relationship with Kim beyond closing, beyond business, and into a brighter future as friends. -9 MONTH UPDATE – Nearly one year from our initial meeting with Kim, and 9 months into living in our new home, we are loving every aspect of being homeowners. Kim has reached out to us at least half-a-dozen times since. The relationship continues to strive!

Kim is knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and most of all patient. We did not really know what type of home we wanted, but she worked us through the process patiently. I would highly recommend her.

Loved working with Kim! She was super professional, honest, consistently gave good advice based on her years of experience in the industry, was willing to conduct video tours of homes while we lived on the other side of the state, and helped my wife and me buy our first home!
