  Lots of windows which felt great with views of the harbor however the interior decor, tables and chairs needs a renovation. Out of four of us, no one complained about the food itself. We ended up staying for quite some time as we took my wife's friend and her husband here and they did not try to rush us out of there, which was great. If you are looking for a sit down restaurant that is around $15-$25 a plate, then this is for you. There are plenty of options in the harbor including cheaper options with just as good food, but no service - more chipotle style. Then there are 5 star restaurants at a much higher price. So it really depends on what you are in the mood for, usually I grab something quick from the smaller places.
  
  My gut feeling is that I did not hate the location but I would probably try another one in the harbor next time.

  We sat outside with my shepherd. Service was great. The employees were so nice to Shannon. Great place for you and your best friend.

  Our experience tonight and Wind and Sea was on the last night of the boat parade when half the town is at the harbor. The restaurant was packed. We waited about 20 minutes for a table and were seated just 1 hour before the parade. Service could not have been better. Our waitress was outstanding and the food was superb. Under the circumstances I had low expectations but the restaurant performed as if this was ordinary. Thank you for a memorable experience.

  The location alone is worth going for. Beautiful restaurant with lovely ocean scenery. The staff really nice and attentive. That being said it is really pricey. The mixed drinks are $10 a pop.

  Great View and great service from a young lady named Shannon who is actually a local who grew up here. it was nice to relax by the ocean side and get a great meal which was the swordfish fillet with asparagus and some white wine. If you're in the Dana Point area I would highly recommend this as a relaxing spot to grab a meal and enjoy the view!
