I recently completed a real estate transaction with Heidi representing me as the buyer. I found her to be professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and requirements and also to respect the parameters of the kind of home I was interested in purchasing. She did a lot of research, previewed homes prior to showing them to me, and aggressively negotiated on my behalf when we ultimately found the right property. Given all the hours spent over a nine-month period, Heidi's commission expressed hourly was probably equivalent to minimum wage, yet she never complained and I ultimately found the right property at the right price. On Monday we had multiple good offers and were opening escrow shortly afterward. During this process, Heidi was great at getting answers to our questions quickly and made the paperwork flow work seamlessly for us. When selling a home in the future we will definitely use Heidi again.

Heidi helped my wife and me find and buy our first home. At every step of the process, she was professional and responsive and exceeded our expectations with her level of attention and care. Given very specific geographic parameters (south of Crown Valley Pkwy and west of the 5), and a fairly modest budget, Heidi worked her magic and found several properties that fit our guidelines. She walked us through each one, giving an honest appraisal of each. Never was there even a hint of her trying to pressure us into a property just for the sake of it.

When we finally did find the property we liked, she guided us through the negotiations flawlessly, helping us formulate an initial offer, and then carefully helped us consider how to counter the seller's counteroffer. She was able to secure us a price well under list as well as concessions in closing costs that kept money in our pocket after everything closed.

Throughout the entire escrow process, Heidi was there to answer our questions and keep us on track so that we were able to close in 30 days. It would have been a much more daunting process to figure out without her consistent help and responsiveness.

Buying a home for the first time is a pretty stressful thing. Working with Heidi made it considerably less so, and I would recommend her services to anyone seeking an honest, hard-working, and caring professional to guide them through the home buying experience. Five stars!

Heidi spent a huge amount of time with us to make sure our needs were met. From the start she reviewed the house to see what needed to be done to sell it faster and at a fair price.
