  Great spot for a nice relaxing day. A park. A beach. Ball courts. Food and rentals. Everything you could ask for in one spot

  I was shocked to hear that some of my friends who have been part of Irvine for decades did not know about this wonderous beach until 2 years ago. It is an amazing spacious beach with lot of green lawn space and ample parking lot. It is chilly even in May-June. My daughter had a playdate and they both enjoyed it thoroughly. This is noting that my daughter normally gets bored with a beach.

  What a great beach! On your way to get to it, there are sprawling lawns to have a picnic, or walk your dog, as well as several hundred yards of paved paths, and a few lanais with picnic tables. I'm told there are drop-in yoga classes offered here sometimes, with the most amazing views overlooking the Pacific. Along with its beautiful surroundings like the luxurious Ritz Carlton along the clifftops next door, this area epitomizes what many people mean when they say "The OC." Life is good here.

  Best place to watch some of the top surfers in the area. I look forward to walking up the pathway to the Ritz Carlton for a quick cardio workout. The views are some of the best along the coast.

  Home Sweet Home...My Photography playground for at least 15 years. The beach is popular with surfers, great views. In order to get to the beach you need to go down a very steep hill. You can pay for parking via credit card, it is limited to 3 hours, 1 dollar per hour. Park is a home for summer concerts. When there is a low tide you can go for a walk along the beach and connect to Strands Beach. There is a cafe next to the ocean where you can buy some snacks and drinks.
