  Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but the gentlemen that works nights, at one point with an arm injury, was amazing. He was so kind and helpful, even working such difficult hours he was very positive. Came in having a bad night and left on a much better note!

  I received the best friendly customer service. I emailed an urgent order in with a request for one day service and they came through and kept me informed the whole day! I will use them for all my brand printing!

  Kathy is friendly, detail-oriented, and is amazing at what she does! She provides great customer service and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the embroidery colors, location, and appearance. I would definitely recommend this place for graduation sash embroideries, especially if you are a UCR grad, since she already has the UCR seal and you can save on that digitizing fee! I love this place and would definitely return if I ever need anything else embroidered!
