(March 10, 2021, 12:13 pm)Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but the gentlemen that works nights, at one point with an arm injury, was amazing. He was so kind and helpful, even working such difficult hours he was very positive. Came in having a bad night and left on a much better note!

She provides great customer service and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the embroidery colors, location, and appearance. I would definitely recommend this place for graduation sash embroideries, especially if you are a UCR grad, since she already has the UCR seal and you can save on that digitizing fee! I love this place and would definitely return if I ever need anything else embroidered!
