The entire atmosphere and experience was more professional, friendly and efficient than its ever been in all the years I've come here. From the call to make the appointment to the check out I was treated like I mattered instead of like an annoyance, as it was in the past. Even though we liked Dr. Shoquist, we almost changed due to treatment by office staff. Glad I came in for this visit instead of virtual.
