(October 30, 2020, 1:21 pm)The staff at this location is great. The customer service of the parent company is terrible, if you need immediate help there is no way to request it as it's all automated. That's unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

The lady at the front counter was busy processing paperwork but she always paused to help answer questions from people who walked up to the counter. You could tell she was focused but still able to be friendly. She also happened to be the one to take my blood and she did an amazing job. I thought the wait (about 30 minutes) was acceptable considering I did not have an appointment and it was first thing in the morning. I loved the monitors showing where I was at in line and the estimated wait time.
