I have been with Jack since 2002 (22yrs) with two different Mercedes.
Jack has always been upfront and fair with the work performed and amazing at analyzing, on a dime, what the problem is.
Henry has been awesome at diagnosing my newest Mercedes and has coordinated with dealer on necessary recalls that I had not been advised of by Mercedes Benz. Andrew is great at repairs as well, and will explain suggested repairs needed.
I totally trust my cars with Jack's as a whole and highly recommend their services.

Henry was so thorough and helpful during our consultation of my ‘13 VW Passat for the OBDII HO2S error. There was no pressure to do service with the shop, however I went with getting service done here because I trusted their advice. Prices were given upfront and very fair. Highly recommend.
