  I felt very comfortable being there, temperatures were taken before we went in... health questions were asked social distancing was practiced and EVERYONE had masks on so it made the purchase of my new couch great experience!

  Ask for Judy, she was SO nice! Shes Very efficient, and without " hovering". She was so personable and very helpful.
  Had a great experience because of her. We sought her out, as when we walked in the door she said hello.. And within seconds, another sales rep was upon us. While nice, she went on and on about a mattress,( I wasnt shopping for one, and i said so!)anyway, it was a great experience with Judy.

  I wanted a new bedroom set. I had a set that was 30 years old from my divorce in 2006. Jerome's had a great selection and when I found the set I loved I bought it. The salesperson was very helpful as well as the office staff at checkout. Delivering is next day. Awesome service. Also for a fee they r taking my old furniture. No hassle. If u need anything use Jerome's they are no pressure and great to work with.

  Today I took my grandma to this location. My grandfather just passed away less than a month ago. We entered the store and was immediately greeted by the most amazing person I have ever met. Isabella was just what my grandmother needed. She was kind, compassionate, and had great patients with my grandma who is 88. We walked straight to the sleep center where she spent well over an hour showing her the difference in mattresses. We then walked around and looked at sofas and then back to the sleep center. I could not have asked for a more graceful person.

  Their prices may be higher than ikea, but the quality in the furniture is truly there.
