We sought their assistance in order to replace carpet in only one room of our home, after a small flood, and were therefore attempting to match the remaining carpet. Sean patiently and carefully helped us by providing multiple rounds of large samples for comparison. Once we made a decision, the product was ordered and delivered quickly to the store.

Sergio and Mario, the installing team, are masters of their craft. They both worked carefully and efficiently to install the new carpet. Thankfully, we selected the premium padding product. We were extremely and completely satisfied with the result.

We give this business, and all the individuals associated with it, our highest approval rating and endorsement. It has become exceedingly rare to find business owners this friendly, professional and conscientious.

Sean and his team are the best in the biz, hands down! Their expertise and honest suggestions on products were very helpful and provided real world examples of what we should expect (with 3 kids under 12 and two 100lb rotties). Sean was very transparent with their pricing and remained very competitive. Most importantly, their installers were extremely careful and communicated every detail (almost too much - if there is such a thing). But with any project like this there are going to be a couple blemishes on the baseboards/corners. They were quick to point them out, asked for touch up paint and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Can't say enough about these guys - except, THANK YOU!

They only did a small carpet repair job on my stairs (reinstalled a relatively small piece that I had to remove due to a water intrusion issue), but the estimate was very reasonable and they did a great job. They even threw in the padding for free which was high quality. The only bad part is it makes the rest of my carpets feel like crap by comparison. Ha.

I am primarily writing this review because flowing a recent purchase I made, I happened to read the reviews posted here. Most reviews are a 5. However, there are a few 1's from unverified customers. This is a first class outfit, and there is no way that ANY of those 1 star reviews were correct. If anyone has delt with this company, they would know that they bend over backwards to satisfy your needs. They are polite, have excellent product, very fair pricing and back up their work. I recently returned to place another order and again I am receiving first class service. In my humble opinion, these 1 ratings are from less than scrupulous competitors.
