Superior Computers is absolutely the best computer shop and repair facility in SoCal. I have bought 6 refurbished laptops for myself, friends and family here over the last 5 years and the value and service is tremendous. All equipment that I've bought from this store is still working perfectly- way beyond warranty. And when I've had technical questions, the techs here answer immediately and are so professional and attentive. Ibrahim is great- as is all of the staff. I'm upgrading to a new laptop next month and of course I'm buying here. Complete peace of mind knowing these guys have my back. Seriously I wish I could give this place 6 stars- highest endorsement for Superior Computors, Santa Ana!!!

We sent in our macbook pro for repair. I have a background in Computer Science and knew what the issues were, I didn't have time to repair our laptop and wanted to obtain an estimate. They were very honest and let me knew exactly what I already knew, in addition they provided me with some very attractive options to upgrade. The performed a test while we waited, and game our daughter some items to play with. I highly recommend this shop, as they truly know what they are doing, and are very affordable. I've had questionable experiences with 'authorized' apple repair people as they tend to overcharge even for simple work. I felt at ease knowing they work they do is of high quality, and very affordable.
