  I had a very bad experience in June of 2020, with the office staff regarding my 1st in person visit since my surgery. I received a voice message the night before my visit saying that their office no longer is contracted with my insurance so they were cancelling my appointment. I was so upset, that I called the 1st thing the next morning and asked why I did not receive any notification prior to the day before my appointment. The receptionist was rather curt and said it wasn't their responsibility to inform me, but my insurance's. That didn't make me feel any better or more knowledgeable on how to rectify this problem. I left a poor review regarding the office staff and Dr. Farjoodi and his office manager called me the next morning!! I really didn't think they read their reviews, but he does because he cares. He immediately got me in for a visit at no charge to me. I can't thank everyone at Coastline Orthopedic for taking action in my best interest. I had recently had neck surgery in Feb. and Dr. Farjoodi was my surgeon. He is an excellent Dr. and has much knowledge regarding the spine and neck. I had 2 previous surgeries on my spine by Dr. Farjoodi and I'm doing much better and can walk again! I recommend Dr. Farjoodi's office to anyone because they really do care about you and your health

  I was suffering from a severe case of spinal stenosis along with spondylolistthesis and extreme spinal nerve impingement. I vetted Dr Farjoodi and his academics (John Hopkins) and CV were exemplary , I later found his surgical skills, attention to detail , and communication to patient were beyond outstanding .
  
  His office staff is a reflection of his commitment to his patients ....phone calls always answered , calls always returned, appointments on time.
  
  IMO... Dr Farjoodi is a first ballot Hall Of Fame surgeon. I am almost 60 years old and can walk again without pain. My family and I are forever grateful to him.

  I have seen Dr Farjood since 2017. I am always greeted with a smile. Office is so helpful. In person over the phone and if I email the office I always get a call back by the end of the day. He is a nice guy. Always has been there for me from the start. I have had 2 surgery's to help me be pain free.
