  This complex has been completely remodeled with new management! The bad reviews scared me away, but honestly I'm so happy I moved in! I've only been here for a month, but it's so quiet and pet friendly and affordable comparably. It's right by the park but the complex itself has plenty of green and trees and walking paths. The remodel is beautiful, all hardwood floors (so hard to find!!) And an enclosed patio, huge living area (so we'll designed), 4 closets in a one bedroom with two walk in closets and a vanity!

  My girlfriend and I moved in here a little over a month ago, and we almost didn’t because of the reviews on here. We haven’t had our water turned off once (we almost did, but they gave us multiple days in advance and it only lasted a few hours out of the day, but they ended up not needing to turn it off), everyone here (management, security guards, etc) are extremely kind to us, and the apartment is beautiful. We do get the occasional bug every now and again, but they provide free pest control. We weren’t able to use our parking spot for one day because they were laying down new asphalt, but it wasn’t inconvienent at all and our parking area looks great. We had an issue with our front door closing, and they came and fixed it within minutes. Our mailbox lock also kept getting stuck, and within a day they fixed it. Every little issue we’ve had has been quickly resolved without any issues. We live by the pool, and we don’t hear a thing whether there’s a group of people there or not. They’ve made our first time renting an apartment as easy as possible, and we hope others can have the same experience!
