Great place for kids and adults. Instructor are knowledgeable and caring. Kids pankration is well taught and organized.
Adult kickboxing class is very good. Instructors are firm but understanding of your abilities.

Cam is a very friendly and knowledgeable fighter and it is a pleasure to train under him.

Awesome group of guys. Can't say enough good things about them. Instructors are friendly and Very knowledgeable. Very clean learning environment. A+

Love this place! I honestly can't say I have ever really "enjoyed" working out but the workouts Geoff puts us through are great I can now say I really like working out. Geoff is a great guy who puts a lot of heart into helping you become a stronger person all around. The gals in our group are pretty awesome too! Everyone is so supportive to eachother. Give them try you won't regret it!

Geoff is awesome and will push you to your limit. You will hate him for a moment but really, you will love him because he cares about your health and progress. Clean, non threatening space to work out. No matter our fitness or martial art level, you will feel like you are getting one on one training...because it practically is. I feel so much stronger and feel a little more like a bad as every time I leave. I love coming here!
