At this time quiet, helpful staff, clean, spacious area. Has a welcoming open air feeling with a modern attractive interior design.

Katherine exemplifies and represents what a true Chase employee and Teller is. I’ve only worked with her on the phone and she went above and beyond for me. She made sure if we got disconnected she had my number to call me back. She checked multiple times for accuracy.

She listened to my problem (a cashiers check that was lost over 3 months ago) and she went through the necessary steps to help solve what my issue was. She set the right expectations when she looked for different avenues to solve my problem. Telling me when I’ll get a call back from her. She guided me through all the steps and even found the branch that originally wrote the cashiers check.

She was truly a pleasure to work with. She is a thinker and a problem solver. Very personable and such a great person to work with.
