I received the royal treatment from the time I drove up to the payment machine and before I left. The customer service was awesome and so friendly. They actually had people at the payment machine who explained the different options for which car washing and waxing I preferred. I was given a drying cloth as well.They even had a person who first soaped the windshield then the rest of my vehicle was washed, soaped, rinsed and dried . The suction on the vacuum was very amazing. Also; I was given 2 air deodorizers. Thanks again for making my day so special.😃👏🏻❤️

I will definitely be going back. Dre was very helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. I witnessed him scrubbing chalk paint off of a lady’s windows to make sure her car would get cleaned. His customer service is top tier.

Friendly and helpful service. First time customer in a hurry just wanting a quick wash/rinse. $10 seemed a bit pricy...and for the quality of wash it was. I still had debris and dirt on my truck. I can't speak to other more expensive options, but won't spend $10 for that again. Sorry

I did the drive thru premium wash,wax & tire shine. There was some issues at the entry gate upon entering, but Mike, the manager at the location I use was extremely helpful in getting the issue resolved!!! All the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I’m glad to be able to get unlimited monthly washes and the price is reasonable.

The Millington location car wash has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in handling my day-to-day business. The attendants are very friendly and take personal concerns seriously if any should occur. I always look forward to seeing and interacting with them when I come to wash my car, as do my dogs when I have them in the back who are often given take-home treats!

The car wash itself is excellent for the price. I do enjoy being able to roll through and receive car washes as often as I want based on my monthly car wash package. My car always comes out sparkling clean. And their new high-powered vacuums are effective in helping to reach and clean out all of the dog fur from the interior.

10/10 experience at Millington, would recommend to any and everyone!
