Jeremy and his team are stupendous!
I placed several calls to tour apartments. Jeremy returned my call first thing, which was much appreciated. By 11am, I was touring several units. He took the time to answer ALL my questions. He made me feel right at home from the start.
I am always greeted with smiles when I walk in the office. My phone calls are answered with kindness and positivity.
The grounds of the complex are immaculate as was my place was when I moved in.
This is a Home! Not just a place to live.

I had to move last minute to Tracy from my property abroad and Shauntia and the team at Harvest were AMAZING throughout the process even though I asked a million questions because I couldn't see the unit for myself first. They worked with my mom and friend to help me secure my lease and I was able to move in as soon as I landed.

In the short time I've been here maintenance has been very responsive and the front desk team has answered my questions with kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend living here. It's a very clean complex, with many amenities and the apartments are also fresh and homey. My kids can ride their bikes and I feel secure in our gated cocoon here.

The Harvest in Tracy leasing team was such a delight in exchanging communications with! I showed up to my tour appointment and my expectations were beyond exceeded. Jeremy, who led the tour and helped us with the leasing process, went above and beyond and their team is super lucky to have him. He made everything seamless and was extremely patient and kind with the multitude of questions we flung at him (being newer to the process). Exceptional team!

Since moving here the maintenance team here at harvest has blown away our expectations as to how great they are towards how clean the property is and how timely the work orders get completed. Thanks to an amazing community director Zak. As we put in the few work orders we submitted online our man Hector (part of the maintenance team) is always there to save the day. His positive attitude genuinely makes our day. not only towards work orders but overall seeing him around the property. Harvest Apartments and Lewis Communities are lucky to have Zak and Hector apart of their team.

I stayed at Harvest for about 3 months while my house in River Islands was being built. I love the flexibility of having shorter leases for those of us who were waiting for construction to finish. The office staff and maintenance staff were very responsive to any requests I had or issues in my unit (which were minor). The property is nicely designed and laid out and has beautiful landscaping and nice amenities. I enjoyed walking my dog on the property and loved that the property is very dog friendly. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! I would stay recommend Harvest to anyone who wants a newly built apartment in a convenient location with nice amenities!
