  It is Sunday the 23rd of December and I am delighted to be going to my home to complete rebab
  But at the same time I am sad to leave my nest. The staff here are soft and sweet and as expected knowledgeable
  
  I of course had my favorites but all treated me with concern, care and respect. Every PT staff that I worked with were amazing didn’t let me get away with anything
  
  I had much fear and trepidation having to go to a rehab in fact pretty much cried the first 3 days. I will say that one must be aware of your surroundings always check meds being received, always try to follow your schedule and don’t be afraid to laugh and joke around makes the day go faster
  
  Thanks Pavillions for making this much better than it could have been
  
  Leaders and case workers try really hard to make this easier work with them

  My father has been at the Pavilion for a little over a month. I was pleasantly surprised by how large and comfortable his private room is and how clean they maintain the room throughout the day, everyday.
  
  Ninety-nine percent of the nursing staff have been amazingly attentive to my dad. When we had an issue with one of the nursing staff members my father's case manager listened to my concern and immediately addressed the issue.
  
  The PT and OT staff have been great and patiently work with my dad 5 days a week. My one wish would be that one OT and one PT could be assigned to him instead of rotating staff.
  
  The social worker, Erika, since the very beginning, has been incredibly responsive to my requests for help navigating the process as we figure out next steps. She has scheduled family meetings to discuss next steps and always been open to answering my questions.
  
  My one suggestion for the care management team would be to give the family more routine updates as to changes in medication or care. Any updates information is helpful to familes as they are planning for their loved ones next steps.
  
  Two suggestions for the management would be to come up with a new plan for parking and please, please do something to spruce up/update the downstairs patio (i.e. get some patio furniture, make a garden, create a nice space for families to gather.
  
  Overall, our experience has been positive and we are happy to see the progress my father is making here.

  Was here over 7 weeks and I have nothing but the highest regard for The Pavilion, their rooms and their staff. The workouts are tuff but are what you need to get better. I'm not a wordy person but if you need care and physical rehad. The Pavilion at Sunny Hills is a place you need to check before you decide on anything.

  The staff has been wonderful, they try to accommodate you on everything you need. I didn't care much for the food here, but they went out of their way to bring me food I like. The therapist have brought me along way, the PT and OT is an excellent program. My room is kept clean. They mop and dust everyday, the cleanliness is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs to put a loved one in a skilled rehabilitation home.
