Ever since Covid, they have a masked employee greet you at the door, and help you to sign in, and direct you to where to wait. Inside, all the staff is geared up. Instead of wasting lots of time at the front desk, that responsibility now falls upon the individual phlebotomist who draws your blood. Zip-zap you’re all finished and on your way safely! Pleasantly surprised!
