They have a very very caring compassionate hardworking manager who truly loves what he does and it shows not only when you interact with him personally but also anyone else at this branch. I never had a bank feel like they truly cared until now. They truly have gained a customer for life. Thanks Citi.

IN ALL MY YEARS OF HAVING A BANK ACCOUNT I HAD NEVER CAME ACROSS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THE GENTLEMEN IN THIS BRANCH. WITHOUT A DOUBT MAKING THIS FULLERTON-IAN HAPPY. GOOD JOB MANAGEMENT WITH YOUR TEAM.
