  I came to Cristal looking to buy in her area. Even though we didn’t buy anything at the time I was truly impressed with her. So knowledgeable, well connected and a great reputation. I would surely use her when the right time arises! 5 stars all the way.

  Cristal is as good as they get. We had a complicated scenario and she worked with us through the entire process. In the year, and I do mean year, of complications that were out of our control Cristal was a gem. When we finally made and offer her advice was in valuable!. She also negotiated the price down once the inspection revealed issues and the buyer at first refused to budge. A true gem!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEDED! I contacted Cristal Drake after researching the selling agent for properties in close proximity. I received more useful information even though I had not yet retained her services. I live out of state...and did not make one trip to CA. Cristal, David and their team handled everything...from nuts & bolts, creativity, and staging. They even handled the move out walk through with the tenant. They facilitated EVERYTHING that was needed in order to prepare the home for sale. Professional, friendly, available! Thank you to the team that made the process seamless for me!
