Michelle Lynch Realtor

Michelle is one of the kindest and most genuinely sweet people I have worked with. She treats her clients like family, and goes to bat for them as she represents them in likely the biggest purchase or sale of their lives. I am so proud to work alongside Michelle and cannot recommend her enough as a realtor!

We cannot say enough nice things about Michelle Lynch. I know a review should be brief and to the point, but Michelle exceeded so many expectations that this is impossible.

First and foremost, she was incredibly genuine and relatable. She’s very down to earth and you can tell she absolutely loves her job and helping her clients find their forever home.

My work schedule is a night shift and we don’t live in the OC area. That did not stop Michelle from accommodating us. She made sure to set aside week day or evening time for us and even would work around her personal schedule on the weekends I was off so we could see houses.

We never once felt like Michelle was pushing an agenda. I know we were very picky about what we wanted in a home and WHERE we wanted a home and Michelle never became flustered or annoyed. She never became discouraged (even when we were) and would remind us that there will always be more homes to see.

Due to my schedule, we had to see quite a few homes one weekend. Michelle brought snack bags and bottled water for us, to keep up our stamina. It was truly a thoughtful and unexpected touch. In addition, my 11 year old daughter was incredibly enamored of her and Michelle was so kind and patient with her. That is not something I can say about the other realtors we bumped into at open houses.

Michelle is very nice—but don’t sleep on her. We encountered a very rude and pretentious realtor on the first offer we made on a home. Michelle really stood up for us and did not let us be bullied by him. We ended up walking away from the house and in turn found a home that was much better for us finally.

I am active duty military and after some shopping around we decided to use a VA loan to purchase our home. We had quite a few snafus because of this and Michelle rolled with every single punch, even when our closing date was pushed back.

If we ever buy a house again she would be our first and only selection as a realtor and I would recommend her to anyone. You could only be so lucky to work with Michelle Lynch.

Now that I have your attention let’s get to the facts. She listed my house on Friday and an open house on Saturday. On Monday I had 14 bids on my house. On the bids we had 8 were over the asking price. We were in escrow that week!

Michelle Lynch is great at what she does and is great to work with. She helped me with my previous home and now she is working diligently to find me a replacement home. She's thorough and hard working and very well informed of the local market, even knows when many homes are about to hit the market before they actually do.
