Where do I begin? My husband and I have been searching for our dream home but wasn't in any rush about it. We decided to check out one of their listed homes and didn't have a realtor we were working with at the time. One of our friends recently purchased a home where Bobbett and Assoc. was also that seller's agent and expressed their positive impressions about them. We visited the listed home on open house day and greeted by Martina and James. After realizing how much we loved the home and how pleasant James and Martina were, we decided to choose Bobbett and Associates to act as our intermediary agent. We were working primarily with James and I have to say, he has been so professional, mindful, and pleasant to work with. I'm always filled with questions to ask. And he always took the time to actively listen to my requests and acted upon them immediately. His ability to advocate for both parties in a fair manner where both seller and buyer remained happy through the process was incredible. I am extremely impressed by the quality of service they provided and following up on every detail in such a timely manner. Communication is everything for me and I truly felt my needs were taken as a priority. Whether one is selling or buying, I HIGHLY recommend this team. And I will not hesitate to work with them again should we ever move again. But we love the home too much so probably won't happen for a while :)
James & Martina accepted me as a client at the last minute. I am from Texas and I had to sell my mom & dad’s house in Fullerton. The house was dirty but structurally sound and they gave it the respect and love the old house deserved. I was notified of every step along the way with text, e-mail or phone call. At their recommendation and my acceptance the house was painted, cleaned and readied for show. In less than 2 months the house was sold.
