I contacted Orange County Glass Works to have a piece of glass that I had purchased earlier in the day cut to the correct size. It was after hours but he agreed to help me. He was very professional and did a GREAT job of cutting the glass to the correct size. Great customer service and trustworthy. I will be doing business with Orange County Glass Works from now on. Extremely helpful, friendly and fast service. I cannot sing enough praise for Orange County Glass Works / Michael and crew. They really got me out of a bind QUICK and at a very reasonable cost. I called two other companies for quotes - one never called back, one higher, and truthfully now that I've experienced the professionalism and quality from OC Glass Works I think they're an excellent value. To the one reviewer who said they were rude on the phone - this was not my experience at all, but I will say that my call was taken by the installer while he was on the road from job to job (they don't like to miss calls and he said it was forwarding to his cell). I do the same with my business on nights and weekends, and sometimes if you catch someone off guard they might not come off as "super friendly." My personal experience was nothing but the best, but I can see where it's possible if you reach them after hours / on their cell phone the phone conversation might be different. This should not concern you. The service I was provided is something of a rarity these days. True gentlemen and professionals.
