The staff was very helpful and polite, I can't handle close-in places the lady that did my MRI made me feel comfortable and helped me through it

The appointment service, due to scheduling issues, suggested 3 in one day on two separate days. Don't do it one maybe two. Too many MRI'S gave me a bit of verdugo for two days.

I had a very great experience with Expert MRI! From the moment I walked in, on 9/15/22, reception was helpful with answering all my questions. I was nervous for the MRI, so they scheduled me an open chair MRI. Also, they made me feel comfortable by giving me a few pillows, a fan (because it gets hot) and also someone sat in the room with Me.....I wouldn't have made it through without a panic attack if not for that ! On top of that, there is a TV in front of you to watch as a distraction with a movie you can hear. All of that really helped. Then, before I left, my MRI CD disc was already being handed to Me. I didn't even have to ask, they had it prepared and ready. All staff helping Me through this process we're caring and professional.Wow is all I have to say ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank You Expert MRI!!!

Everyone from the receptionist to the actual technicians were extremely kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable throughout the Procedure. I am grateful for their help and their professionalism.
