Brian helped us purchase our first home and made the process manageable and thoroughly explained everything along the way. It's a lot of information to digest even though we had done a good amount of research on our own prior to reaching out to him. He answered all our questions with patience and sincerity. We honestly felt like we were his only client with the time and energy he put into it all. We looked at close to 40 houses in the end and found our dream home. He made sure all the inspections, paperwork, and logistics of the process were smooth and stress-free. He always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to bring our little ones treats during our many weekends of house appointments. Our kids love him and think he's the best too! I'll finish with even though he's a great person and nice guy, he will go to bat for you and he's no pushover. He always had our best interest in mind and if we ever buy property again or sell, we will for sure go to him.

Buying a house is one of the most stressful things one will endure. However Brian made this process bearable. To say the least I would not have survived this process without. He went to bat every part of the way for me, with the lending company, and set up things I wouldn’t of even known how to do. Home owners ins, inspectors, and even recommend paint and carpet vendors for me. And schedule them. By far Brian made purchasing a home a much better experience than it would of been without. Many of times I called him just to help keep my sanity. He’s so calm and knows what he’s doing!’ Like second nature. Agent B is the way to go!!! He makes your life so much easier that’s for sure.

Brian is always willing and ready to help; selflessly I might add. Our recent example was during our home refinancing when our bank's valuation company submitted a low valuation of our home and it was clear that they had not taken into consideration a number of recent home sales and therefore deflated our home's value. I reached out to Brian to get his opinion and without any self interest in our refinancing efforts, Brian was quick to help. Armed with the additional facts he provided, it was clear to the banking officer that the initial valuation was deficient and we were able to submit a successful rebuttal. Thanks Agent B!
